Madame Courage is a fundraising project
which supports single parent students during the exam period. Where specific conditions are met, the project is able to provide financial assistance to help with living costs. Its goal is to enable single parents to complete their degrees, and thus help single mothers and fathers and their children towards a life of their choosing in which they are not dependent on state benefits.
Applications are welcomed from single parent students studying at a higher education institution in Münster
- who are generally resident in Münster
- who do not have sufficient income or assets
- who are not eligible for other funding or support
- who are close to graduation and have a realistic chance of passing their final exams (relevant proof of attainment will need to be provided)
Application forms are available from the advice centres.
